If you are team-oriented, energetic and professional, and would like to work outside a traditional hospital setting helping employees be healthy, safe and productive in their jobs, this might be the opportunity for you!

HealthForce is a workplace health company whose mission is to build enduring customer relationships by delivering world-class health solutions. Our Occupational Medicine services are customer driven and our organization is small, flexible, responsive and accountable to customer needs. HealthForce Partners is fully committed to state-of-the-art telemedicine and remote health service delivery.

HealthForce is seeking a full-time Physician (MD) for our Puget Sound location. Successful candidates will have strong communication skills, understanding of workplace safety, experience in acute-injury care, and ability to work independently and as part of a group practice.

Physicians provide tele-medical consulting support for yacht and vessel crew members, warehouse workers, and a variety of remote worksites around the world. Duties include triaging acute trauma and referring to specialty providers, when appropriate. This unique opportunity provides qualified physicians with the flexibility to work from any location cellular services are available.

From our local office, you may also perform routine regulatory physicals, comprehensive medical surveillance / medical monitoring examinations, help diagnose and determine treatment, counsel employees on medical issues and preventive care, and initiate and interpret labs, ECG’s and x-rays.  Providers also work with contracted companies to provide post-offer pre-placement medical clearances for work in a number of industries around the world using our innovative online health questionnaire.

Successful MD candidates will possess board certification in emergency medicine, internal medicine, family practice or occupational medicine and must be licensed to practice in Washington State. Experience with Labor and Industries (L&I) processes, MRO and FAA qualifications a plus.
