Medical Director Needed for Cancer Program at Affluent Napa Valley Hospital

Medical Director needed for growing comprehensive cancer center located in affluent community in Napa Valley California. The Cancer Center provides a full spectrum of cancer care with Medical Oncology and Radiation Oncology located on the same floor. The incoming clinician-leader will also have access to surgical oncology, diagnostic imaging, labs, and clinical trials through affiliation with UCSF all onsite. This center offers world class care and strong support staff in a stunning facility with breathtaking views of Napa Valley.

With an existing patient base the oncologist will treat solid tumor and hematological conditions while leading program development and tumor boards. Lucrative base salary with quality of care incentives and medical director stipend means excellent earning potential. Comprehensive benefit package includes relocation, sign on bonus, medical insurance, malpractice, license fees, and CME. 4 day work week with shared call and no inpatient responsibilities leads to an excellent work life balance This affluent community in Napa Valley has some of the best wineries and restaurants in the world.
