Northern Light Inland Hospital is seeking a full-time board certified, board eligible MD/DO OB/GYN to join a well-established group of traditional practitioners for all aspects of women's health and obstetrics. Provider would be responsible for the provision of quality care by coordinating with other providers and specialists and meeting comprehensive and professional standards. Must have a current or be eligible for a valid state of Maine license and DEA controlled substance registration. Ability to work well with others, adapt to a team-atmosphere culture, interpersonal and communication skills are a must. Ability to adjust and accept EMR concepts, handle multiple tasks and delegate as needed are required. Call rotation expectation is approximately 1:4. Total births for practice is approximately 350 per year. State of the art birthing facility on site. Experience preferred but those completing residency urged to apply and will be considered. Position is available December 2019.
