BC/BE Gastroenterologist

Full-time Gastroenterologist to join MGH Affiliated Community Hospital 

Cooley Dickinson Health Care is seeking a full-time BC/BE gastroenterologist to join a high volume community GI practice in Northampton, Massachusetts.  

About the Role:

• Work in a community healthcare setting. Split your time between Cooley Dickinson Hospital and our ambulatory clinic in Florence, MA. 
• Comfortable call schedule of 1:5. 
• Schedule is 5 days/week with a mix of procedure and office-based time. 

At Cooley Dickinson Hospital, patients benefit from a dedicated Endoscopy Center and an expert nursing staff. As many of the procedures in our Endoscopy Center require sedation, we have a skilled anesthesia team to assist with procedures.  
Commonly performed procedures include: 

• Upper G.I. endoscopy
• Colonoscopy
• Polypectomies
• Flexible sigmoidoscopy
• Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP)  

The center features four procedure rooms and twelve admission and recovery bays that provide privacy and comfort for patients. Our technology and equipment help gastroenterologists and pulmonologists perform procedures accurately and efficiently. 

As an entity of Partners Healthcare Network, we are affiliated with Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA. Our providers enjoy world-class resources, including telemedicine, access to MGH providers and an extensive referral network.
