Cleveland Clinic, one of the world’s most distinguished academic medical centers, announces a search for the Associate Chief of Cleveland Clinic Community Care (CCCC). A major part of the Cleveland Clinic, CCCC is comprised of 1,600 total caregivers, 564 Physicians, 168 residents and 216 Advanced Practice Providers caring for nearly 500,000 empaneled patients.

CCCC is transforming healthcare delivery by creatively changing the care model to the proactive delivery of high value care focused on delivering the quadruple aim.

The Associate Chief of Clinical Operations will be an MD or DO who will lead clinical operations and manage staff affairs within Community Care. Oversight includes access planning, operations oversight, patient experience, compliance & risk management, serving as the value based operations partner and leader, and growth planning and execution. This role provides strategic leadership, regional cohesion, and comprehensive oversight of all primary care clinical operations throughout all regions. A faculty appointment at a rank commensurate with experience is available at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine of Case Western Reserve University.
