Hospital employed ObGyn opportunity in Houston!

The Hospital, which is part of a well regarded system based in Houston seeks two ObGyn candidates to join four others as an employed provider. Share call 1:6. Position is open due to retirement so the practice has an excellent provider base already in place, and due to expansion and demand. The position is employed and WRVU modeled. The current physicians provide from 1-15 deliveries a month. Robotics skills a plus, but not required. Level 2 NICU. Deliveries under 28 weeks sent to a sister facility. The 175 bed hospital has a state of the art Women's Center and Labor and Deliver facilities. Each physician will have either one or two Medical Assistants depending on volume, and there are two RN's on staff. 

The hospital is located on the southeast side of the Houston Metro area near recreational lakes, and close to the Bay. The Johnson Space Center is nearby which brings many scientists and engineers to live in the area. Low cost of living in one of the major, and more highly diversified cities of the country. Access to major sports, many higher education facilities, outstanding medical organizations, and a wide variety of cultural centers. Texas has had Tort reform, and there is no state income tax.
