OB/GYN Medicine Physician

We are seeking an OB/GYN to join the current team of three other physicians in a progressive, hospital-owned practice at Franklin Health Women’s Care. The candidate will work in collaboration with our experienced team of physician and skilled clinical staff. 

Franklin Memorial Hospital is a 65-bed, acute care community hospital with a 50-member medical staff. Patient volume draws from a wide geographic region with 40,000 people. Deliveries are performed in a modern hospital birthing unit.  The hospital is equipped with the latest ultrasound and spiral CT Scan machines, and state-of-the-art operative laparoscopy equipment. Many procedures can be performed in the office, which is connected to the hospital. These include vaginal ultrasound, video colposcopy, LEEP, NSTs, and urodynamics.  The hospital’s 50-member medical staff affords excellent colleague interaction and referral relationships.  This position offers teaching opportunities of medical students, as Franklin Memorial Hospital is one of the teaching sites for the Maine Medical Center – Tufts University Medical School program.
