Portland, Oregon -Seeking an excellent BC/BE Geriatrician. On-call position. Competitive compensation. We will consider Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians with Geriatrics training and/or experience. Facility Description

Providence ElderPlace is the only PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) model of care in Oregon. With eight conveniently located centers in the Portland area, Providence ElderPlace provides and coordinates all of the care services necessary for seniors to remain active in the community.
