Intensivist Physician

Fulltime intensivist position for day and night coverage for 300+ bed private community hospital in South Florida. 31-bed unit, with ~ 60/40 medical/surgical mix. All major surgeries except for trauma and transplants performed. Collegial and results-oriented working environment, with solid nursing and administrative support.  Excellent sign-on and retention bonuses, moving expenses, and standard benefits including 401K, medical and dental plans, and yearly educational stipends. Base salary of $175/hour, with built-in performance incentive that can take salary up to $225/hour.
