We are currently seeking a FULL TIME LABORIST to join our laborist team at VIRTUA VOORHEES!

• Work Location: Virtua Voorhees Hospital
  • Level III NICU (Neonatal intensive care unit) and SCN (Special care nursery) led by Children s Hospital of Philadelphia neonatologists and staffed by a team of neonatal nurse practitioners, neonatal nurses and other pediatric medical specialists;
  • Regional Perinatal Center designation: NICU provides the latest technology in pediatric respiratory care, electronic monitoring and other leading-edge therapies for the tiniest preemies to babies with critical health issues. Babies can be transferred from area hospitals when they require a high level of intensive care.

• Approximately 6,000 deliveries a year
• Enjoy working with Jefferson OB/GYN Residents
• Less than 45 minutes direct from Philadelphia
• Flexible scheduling: 3, 12 hour shifts/week
• Laborist will cover both private and Center for Women patients

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Active, unrestricted New Jersey medical license, CDS & DEA
• Minimum 5 years experience in a high volume hospital setting
• Board Certified at time of hire
