THE UNIVERSITY OF MISSISSIPPI MEDICAL CENTER DEPARTMENT OF PEDIATRICS, Jackson, seeks physicians in the following pediatric
specialty areas: adolescent medicine; allergy; ambulatory; cardiology; child development; critical care; emergency medicine; endocrinology; forensic
medicine; gastroenterology; general pediatrics; genetics; hematology/oncology; hospitalist; infectious disease; neonatology; nephrology; neurology; palliative; pulmonary and sleep medicine; and rheumatology. Rank commensurate with experience. Successful candidates will practice clinical pediatric health care, provide clinical instruction to medical students and residents, and provide patient care, specifically managing disease in children in Mississippi at Batson Children’s Hospital and its clinics in Jackson, Biloxi, Hattiesburg, and Meridian or at our off campus sites located at UMMC Grenada or North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo or at Memorial Hospital in Gulfport. Applicant must possess a medical degree and have completed pediatrics residency and fellowship in pediatric area of specialty. Applicant must be licensable in Mississippi and board eligible or board certified.
