St. Joseph's Health has an excellent full time opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Hospitalist to support an affiliate, Rome Memorial Hospital, in a leadership role in Rome, New York.
This hospital based opportunity is 50% administrative and 50% clinical and includes direct oversight of six full time employed and contracted hospitalist clinicians. The Lead Hospitalist reports to the Hospitalist Medical Director and CMO. They will interact closely with both St. Joseph’s Health and Rome Memorial Hospital leadership to manage a highly evolved population health model that is at the forefront of care delivery. They will also have ownership over quality and operational metrics related to inpatient care at the hospital system.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Internal Medicine Hospitalist to grow as a leader within an established Hospitalist team.
