Physician - Geriatrics

Premier Medical Associates, the largest multi-specialty physician practice in the Greater Pittsburgh area & voted top work place in Pittsburgh 5 years in a row, is seeking a Geriatrician Physician Leader to join their expanding multi-specialty group located 20 minutes east of downtown Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Practice Details:

• Monday - Friday schedule
• Manage patients in SNF and LTC facilities to help reduce hospital admissions
• Coordinate care with Primary Care Physicians, Hospitalists, and Nursing teams
• Play a major role in the development and structure of the program
• Actively participate on the quality improvement team
