Therapeutic Endoscopist

Geisinger, a nationally recognized leader in innovation and quality care, is seeking a BC Advanced Therapeutic Endoscopist to join our team at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center in Wilkes Barre, PA.

Join a diverse team of 7 physicians and 4 advanced practitioners that provide high quality, patient-centered care at our regional referral center in Northeastern Pennsylvania.  More than 2,400 EUS and 1,200 ERCP cases are performed annually and Geisinger is a recognized leader in EUS guided liver biopsy as well as EUS guided placement of lumen opposing metal stents.  Interested candidates should have training and/or experience in performing therapeutic endoscopic procedures including EUS, ERCP, endoluminal stenting, Barrett’s ablation, and other advanced procedures including management of complex colon polyps.
