Physician - Gastroenterology Job in Brownsville, TX

Tenet Healthcare is actively seeking an ERCP trained Gastroenterologist for a full-time opportunity in Brownsville, TX. Candidates will have the option to join a well-established private group with two other gastroenterologists or become employed. Partnership track is available with the group practice. This position includes a mix of general GI and ERCP; however, our physicians are willing and able to proctor for candidates that need assistance reaching the 200 ERCP certification mark.

Due to a large community need and little market saturation, physicians will be able to develop a busy practice in a short period of time.

Paid hospital call is shared 1:4; including 1:4 weekends. There are two procedure rooms, da Vinci Robot Si, and Olympus scopes. Most adult sub-specialties are represented on our medical staff and pediatric GI services are available in neighboring Harlingen, TX.

Candidates must be eligible to obtain licensure in Texas and board certified/eligible in Gastroenterology with ERCP training. J1 visa and non-cap exempt H1b visa sponsorship available. 2019 candidates are welcome to apply.
