The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at West Virginia University School of Medicine announces an exciting faculty opening to join an expanding Maternal-Fetal Medicine section. You'll join a dedicated team making an extraordinary difference in the lives of mothers and children not only within the state, but across a region that includes three neighboring states. There is an outreach obstetrical program supporting over 20 hospitals in the region, an active maternal transport and a MFM consulting service that performs its own ultrasound. There is also an accredited Cytogenetics Laboratory within the department of Pathology for onsite prenatal diagnosis.

Qualified applicants should have completed a board approved fellowship program and be certified/eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and be eligible to be licensed in WV at the time of appointment.  In addition to clinical duties, the successful applicant will be responsible for lectures and didactic surgical instruction for our obstetrics and gynecology residents and medical students
