Seeiking Hospitalist Nocturnist/ Surge Shift in South Carolina

Seeking NOCTURNIST HOSPITALISTS/ SURGE SHIFT HOSPITALIST (12P-12A)  to join a well-established medicine service in beautiful Sumter, SC.

This is an employed opportunity with a Competitive Package that includes: Sign-on Bonus, PTO, Competitive Salary, Paid Medical Malpractice, Retirement Plan, Qualitative Bonus, and Relocation Expenses.

• Seeking additional staff due to increasing volume and practice coverage.
• With midlevel support, 8 physicians are scheduled during the day with 1 admitting, 6 rounding 1 swing shift and 1 nocturnist at night. 
• Flexible Scheduling (1,976 hrs annually) 12-hr Shifts
• Geographic Rounding
• 5 NPs provide back-up to the admitting physician, as well as, provide consults and round on patients.
• The hospital’s medical staff offers 25 specialties for consult services that are readily available.
• Open ICU with EICU services available (form of telemedicine), allowing for a team of intensivists to be available remotely 24/7 for consults and to assist with monitoring of patients. Procedures are not required.
• Opportunity to pick up additional shifts, if desired, at an hourly rate
