Post Acute Physician for SNF facilities in Virginia

Physician needed to join a Post Acute team centered in Lynchburg, Virginia. Work with Geriatric patients seeing an average of 20-22 patients daily in Skilled Nursing facilities. Physicians work autonomously working a 4-day work week from Monday to Thursday. Weekend and evening phone call is rotated 1:3 or 1:4.

• BC IM, FP or Geriatric physician to work in area Skilled Nursing Facilities
• Monday to Friday schedule with about 1:3/4 weekends
• Typical daily census is +/- 18 patients
• Work autonomously at 3 or 4 facilities (1 or 2 daily)
