Practice:?

• Multiple site options to choose from - Everything from Free Standing ER to Level 1 Trauma Centers
• 8 & 12 hour shifts available
• Full time is considered 108 hours - some providers choose to work up to 200 hours per month
• Providers equally split up night, weekend, and holiday shifts - shift differentials included for nights, weekends, and holidays
• You have the option to be a full time night shift provider with increase compensation for the shift
• Leadership and clinical training opportunities unique to the organization

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly rate with wRVU bonus
• $60,000 sign on
• Ownership granted through sweat equity - no vote or buy-in required
• Company Funded Retirement - 10% of your annual compensation
