StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $275000.00 - 375000.00

• Absorb an active patient panel to be busy from day one

• Experienced clinical and support staff assigned to each provider
• Supporting midwife who participates in call
• Student loan forgiveness ranging from $100,000-$150,000
