The Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism in the Department of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for an Assistant Professor position in the non-tenure academic-clinician track. Applicants must have an M.D. degree and have demonstrated excellent qualifications in education and clinical care. Board certification in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism is required.
The successful applicant should be an outstanding clinician and will have the opportunity to practice in a thriving academic and clinical environment at the endocrinology and diabetes practice at the University of Pennsylvania. The new physician will be an integral member of the Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at the University of Pennsylvania, with a practice focus on diabetes, and will have opportunities to teach in the endocrine fellowship and internal medicine residency programs and the Perelman School of Medicine. The academic clinician track requires 100 credits/hours of active and high quality teaching responsibilities.
