Pulmonary/Critical Care Physician to join single specialty group in Houston

Our 6 doctor single specialty group is looking to add a seventh physician to accomodate our growing practice in the Southeast Houston area.

We have all the traditional components of a successful practice: Intensive Care Unit, Hospital pulmonary service, interventional bronchoscopy suite, busy office practice, Sleep Center. We are located on the same street as three acute care hospitals and two long term acute care facilities. We have great access to world class research and  highly specialized care at the world renowned Texas Medical Center.  

Houston has low housing cost, and great job market for spouses. It is diverse and international. It remains one of the fastest growing metropolitan areas.The office is in close proximity to NASA Space Center and to Galveston Bay famous for sailing and water activities.

Our practice is looking for a  full time Pulmonary/Critical care physician on a partnership track, but we would welcome part time, moonlighters or shift workers.

Initial work would be more hospital based, but the physician can grow in his/her area of interest. Physician can grow an office practice, or do more ICU, or more pulmonary service/procedure oriented. Sleep training or experience are a plus, but not a requirement. Night call in house is minimal, possibly 2 nights a month with added compensation. Weekend call is on average every third weekend.
