As the market’s leading cardiac surgery practice, our highly successful, hospital-employed team wants another motivated, quality-focused CT surgeon to join their trio of experienced surgeons. Aultman’s heart services include the full spectrum of care from EP, interventional cardiology, TAVR, peripheral vascular disease, nuclear cardiology, echocardiography, and cardiac surgery.  The Heart Center houses 56 CCU rooms, two EP labs (one hybrid,) four cardiac cath labs, four CVORs, and a hybrid OR. This year, our surgeons are on pace to top 575 cases.
 

REQUIREMENTS

• Completion of an approved cardiothoracic surgery training program
• BC in Thoracic Surgery
• Minimum 5-years experience post training
• Record of excellent outcomes and STS metrics
• Familiarity with TAVR and assist devices strongly desirable
• Strong work ethic, good communication skills, and team dedication
• Not an entry level opportunity
• Not a J-1 opportunity
