As the Medical Director of Providence Hospice, you'll be a key player in crafting a unifying, strategic roadmap for the largest purpose-driven hospice program in Oregon. You'll lead an outstanding team of physicians and nurse practitioners offering community-based services in Portland, Hood River, Mt. Angel and Medford.

Providence Hospice has an average census of 550 and is known for its team-based, interdisciplinary approach including social workers, clinical pharmacists, chaplains, registered nurses and amazing volunteers. It's part of an integrated Home Services Program that includes Home Health, Palliative and Geriatrics. Where You'll Work

The Oregon Region Hospice Program is responsible for medical direction and oversight of hospice services throughout the region's ministries including care provided in home settings, ICFs, assisted living facilities, and acute care facilities.
