We are a well-established, busy , large physician and midwife women's health group located in the beautiful South Puget Sound area of Washington State. We are currently seeking dynamic board certified/board eligible physicians to our group. We provide evidenced-based women's healthcare services to Tacoma, Gig Harbor, and Lakewood at various stages in their lives. Our practice s strategically located near the hospitals from which we practice. One of our opportunities is located in an office that serves underserved patients and is a great asset for our community.
Candidates must be hardworking, compassionate, and dedicated to providing superior patient care. You will need to enjoy both gynecology and obstetrics - including high-risk obstetrics and gynecological surgeries. For gynecologic surgeries, you will also have access to multiple da Vinci robot surgical systems. We also offer comprehensive pregnancy care with in-office ultrasound and Maternal Fetal Medicine support. Our hospital has a Level III NICU. Our group also has GYN/ONC support readily available.
Providers enjoy a 4 day work week, 1 in 6-8 call coverage frequency with plans to expand to 10. Our group serves one of the most rapidly growing areas in the country Living in the South Puget Sound , 30 miles south of Seattle, provides active city life, but still have plenty of outdoor adventures. You can choose between city living or suburbs including several with affordable waterfront housing and great schools.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (certification by end of second year of employment).
- Two or three years of practice experience as an OB/GYN preferred, but not required. New graduates are encouraged to still apply
- Licensed in WA state by the time of employment
- DEA, NPI prescriptive authority
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Health Association
