At Women's Care, we are devoted to our patients and their health.  Our providers offer a well-rounded approach to OB/GYN care - one that meets both the physical and emotional needs throughout every phase of our patient's lives.  We call it our "Circle of Care".  We are as dedicated to our physicians and employees as we are to our patients and we are creating an atmosphere where expectations are high and respect is given for each individual on our team.

We currently contract our Perinatology services. However, due to steady growth and increased need, we are currently looking for a Maternal Fetal Medicine physician to join our team.  Our independently owned group is currently comprised of an experienced team of 13 OB-GYN physicians, 3 certified nurse mid-wives and 1 nurse practitioner.  We are a full-service practice with a mix of low and high risk OB. There were well over 2,400 births last year at the hospitals where we provide services.

As we begin to grow our program, you will take the lead in developing our MFM program. The opportunity offers the prospect of covering the full scope of Maternal-Fetal medicine in a community setting while collaborating with our OB/GYN providers. This will include setting quality standards, establishing protocols, guidelines, policies and standard of care.  The co-management of patients with inpatient consults and outpatient clinic is expected. The high risk hospital that we are affiliated with offers a Level 3 nursery that is attached to the NICU. We use the EPIC system for our medical records and offer the ability to remotely monitor NST’s from any location.  Our sonographers are AIUM certified.

As a team member, you will enjoy the following:

  • Guaranteed salary of $420K for the first 2 years; followed by a production based contract
  • 4 day work week is the expectation (you choose the schedule) – however part-time candidates will be considered
  • OB deliveries if desired
  • Excellent work/family balance
  • Paid malpractice
  • 6 weeks paid vacation
  • CME allowance
  • Paid relocation
  • $55K sign on bonus!!

This position will be located in Neenah, Wisconsin – an area offering year round outdoor activities, arts, music and NFL football within an hour’s drive.  We live in beautiful, historic, safe and affordable neighborhoods with excellent public and private schools.

Women’s Care of Wisconsin is striving to be the employer of choice in each of the communities that we serve and we are looking for people who are willing to work with us to reach that goal.  Our employees enjoy many benefits including insurance to cover health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance.  We have a generous retirement plan as well as many other benefits.  We are always looking for ways to make the patient experience better!

We are looking for team players with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who will share our passion for providing excellent patient care.  Physicians must be BC/BE to be qualified.

If you are looking for a progressive, respectful, caring and fun place to work - where employees at all levels are appreciated and rewarded – consider joining Women’s Care of Wisconsin.   If interested in learning more about this position, please email your CV to penney.frank@womenscareofwi.com  or call Penney at 920-729-7105.
