Mercy Health Saint Mary’s (MHSM) has an excellent full time employment opportunity for an experienced Board Certified or Board Eligible Palliative Care physician to join an innovative, comprehensive palliative care program located in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
The Palliative Care program at Mercy Health Saint Mary's is highly regarded and integrated in the healthcare system and provides a variety of services that include:
- ICU integrative services
- Inpatient consults
- Population disease management targeting geriatrics
- Outpatient navigation in oncology, Parkinson’s, neurosurgery
- Long-term care consults
A Palliative Care provider for Saint Mary's is expected to work collaboratively with the palliative care team and other healthcare providers. They will also have responsibilities in teaching PC fellows, residents and other learners through an affiliation with Michigan State University Medical School.
