Pulmonary/Critical Care Physician

The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai affiliated with New York City H + H/Elmhurst is seeking a Physician (BC/BE) in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine to join its faculty and participate in teaching of medical students, residents and fellows in a 3 year fellowship program. The candidate will participate in clinical research, a busy chest clinic, MICU, PFT Laboratory, consultation and procedures services, provide direct clinical care in the in-patient and out-patient settings for patients under the care of the Department of Medicine’s Pulmonary/Critical Care Service, as well as participate in the teaching of residents and medical students.
Candidates must have a MD degree and be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care Medicine or equivalent with demonstrated experience in similar roles and a valid New York State License, DEA and Medicaid number. Experience with interventional pulmonary procedures IE: thermoplasty, medical thoracoscopy, linear and radial ebus, would be a plus.
We also offer a faculty appointment with the Icahn School of Medical at Mount Sinai commensurate with credentials, experience and qualifications.
