Advanced Pain Diagnostic & Solutions is expanding, and we are searching for a skilled Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician to join our clinical teams in Sacramento, Roseville, Rocklin, Yuba City and soon Davis. Our growing team of physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinical pharmacists are dedicated to delivering compassionate, world-class, non-invasive and minimally invasive medical care to patients suffering from chronic pain due to injury, ailment, or disease. We are looking for a PM&R physician to play a leadership role in confirming the source/s of chronic pain through cutting edge diagnostic protocols, formulating an effective, evidence-based treatment plan, and directing care both within our group and to other specialists in the community.

We are searching for candidates that have training and skills in providing interventional pain procedures or wish to gain proficiency in these much sought after talents.
We offer a 2-3 year partnership path, based on experience, an advanced EMR platform, Medical Assistants dedicated to each provider, Medical Scribes, and a proficient operational team to help our clinicians focus their talents and energy on patient care. The successful candidate will focus 3-4 days a week on clinic hours, in one or more of our locations, with the remaining 1-2 days focused on performing pain procedures, both in-office and at our sister company's certified ambulatory surgery center, as well as EMG/Nerve Conduction Studies.
We require graduation from an accredited medical school, board eligible or certified by ABPM&R, valid California physician/surgeon license, valid DEA registration. Fellowship training a plus and new graduates are welcome.
