This opportunity has an academic appointment commiserate with training and experience. The qualified candidate will exhibit the following:
Sharing, teaching, mentoring, and supervise experiences with our ob-gyn residents.
Participate in a highly active research program of investigator initiated and funded trials.
Demonstrate a servant leadership approach in unifying and engaging staff throughout the organization and building bridges to cross divisions and levels of expertise and experience.
Facilitate collaboration and communication.
Empowers team members with clear, well-coordinated objectives in the coordinated, actionable plan of care and holds staff and residents accountable for their responsibility in achieving the set forth objectives.
Protocol establishment, quality metric participation, and cultural change agent.
Board certification in obstetrics and gynecology is required.
NCC, SMFM, Society of Obstetric Gynecological Hospitalist Society preferred.
