The Division of Hematology-Oncology in the Department of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for an Associate or Full Professor position in the non-tenure academic-clinician track. 

The Division of Hematology-Oncology at Penn Medicine is recruiting a Director for the Rena Rowan Breast Center to lead the educational activities and clinical Breast Medical Oncology service. The successful candidate will be: clinically active; possess excellent interpersonal skills and mentoring skills; and have significant administrative ability. This individual will build on a strong foundation of clinical and educational excellence that currently exists within the Breast Center and take a lead role in developing and executing the strategic plan for the group with focus on expansion of clinical roles within the division.

We are seeking a candidate with an outstanding reputation in the care of breast medical oncology with proven leadership skills. The selected candidate will teach medical students, housestaff and fellows. He or she will be expected to contribute to the overall research mission of the program through actively enrolling patients in clinical research protocols in this area. Rank will be commensurate with experience.

Applicants must have an M.D. degree and have demonstrated excellent qualifications in education and clinical care. Applicants must be ABIM certified in Medical Oncology.
