MBS Envision provides on-site diagnostic services to nursing facilities, hospitals and homebound patients. Physician with general medical experience to work in a 3 partner mobile team to assess general medical status and swallow function in patients residing in SNF, Specialty Hospitals, and home settings. Team consists of a Speech Language Pathologist and Technician. Consult is completed at time of visit. All specialties can apply, active medical license required.
