Neurosurgical Resident Volunteers: Cerebrovascular Patient Ed. Materials

Requirements:

• Ability to write prose that can be understood by a layperson yet fully cover complex neurosurgical topics
• Open to North American Residents and Fellows only

Project Description

The AANS has developed a new, standardized template for its Patient Pages on www.aans.org. The Digital Content Advisory Committee is seeking neurosurgeons or neurosurgeons-in-late-training to adopt a topic and update the information into the new template and identify images that can be included to increase the educational value of the articles.

Contributors will create a draft of the new pages, based on an established template, and reviewers will edit the pages for accuracy and clarity.

Both contributors and reviewers will be identified publicly as authors on the pages themselves, within the AANS website.

Please note if you are a current AANS Young Neurosurgeons Committee member upon application.

Task Deadline: 30 days per topic for content creators, one week per topic for editors.
