Physician - Urologist

DEPARTMENT OF UROLOGY

Ochsner Health System Baton Rouge is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Urologist to join its office-based practice.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE POSITION:

• Clinic-based position with dedicated surgery days; surgeries performed at Ochsner Medical Center Baton Rouge
• Da Vinci robot and mobile lithotripsy available in the Operating Room
• Dedicated Anesthesia coverage provided by both physicians and CRNA s
• 24/7 reliable hospitalist support
• Integrated practice model with strong, internal referral network
• Clinic located in Baton Rouge with rotation to suburban clinics
• Call averages 10 days per month (clinic and hospital phone consult)
• Complement services immediately offered at Ochsner Cancer Center Baton Rouge and those to be delivered at Ochsner High Grove, a new medical office complex with surgical and in-patient capabilities scheduled to open in early 2019
• Support available from specialists and sub-specialists throughout Ochsner Health System
• Research opportunities available
• EPIC medical record platform utilized throughout the Ochsner Health System
• Tort reform state
